Denova's roller hearth air + water quenching T6 T7 heat treatment furnace takes into account the solution and aging heat treatment of aluminum alloy high pressure casting thin-walled structure and thick walled structure. Two quenching devices: strong jet air quenching and water quenching. Water quenching is used for thick wall parts and air quenching is used for thin wall parts. U-shaped, I-shaped and upper and lower arrangement can be adopted. Product quality traceability system is standard configuration, all production process parameters are stored in the database.
